HOW IT WORKS

  • 6 one-hour, virtual coaching sessions with personal, face-to-face support
  • Custom-tailored assignments (“homework”) after each session to help you apply your learning
  • Ongoing feedback and discussion to track your growth and overcome your unique challenges

  • Mastering email and phone etiquette in today’s business world
  • Building strong team dynamics both virtually and in-person
  • Identifying team roles, leadership traits, and how to bring out the best in others
  • Boosting your self-awareness, confidence, and emotional intelligence
  • Exploring leadership traits like assertiveness, trustworthiness, and charisma
